All our morning classes are part of our ongoing program.
Our afternoon and evening classes are scheduled for the academic year 2017-2018, from September 5,2017 until June 15, 2018.
Our tuition is based on a yearly tuition divided into installments for our customers’ convenience.
No additional charges will incur for the months with extra class days. Conversely, credit will not be given for the months with less class days due to short month or holidays.

Tuition rates

For our customers’ convenience, we offer installments to customers (restrictions apply) . Depending on the option you choose, yearly tuition has been divided into equal installments, regardless the number of classes taken.

Yearly payment (10 or 12 months) qualifies for 5% discount

Harmony Dance Center offers discounts for students taking multiple classes ( minimum 3 classes / week/student for a total numbers of hours equal to minimum 3 excluding competition classes). Ask the front desk for further details. Discount will only be applicable the day after the request.

Pick up / Drop Off at school nearby

Harmony Dance Center offers complimentary pick up for all morning classes and for all 3:45PM classes for the following school: FASSV, EH and DELor.Pick up for all other classes will be charged an additional $2 per drop off or pick up.

Late Pick Up Fee

If you are early or late for whatever reason a charge will be issued. An early/late pick up fee will be payable to the instructor at time of drop off/pick up. A “no exceptions policy”makes it easier for us to apply the late policy to everyone consistently and fairly. We do not want any parent to receive special treatment or favors whereas other parents may not.
Harmony Dance Center LLC policy is as follows: $5 early/late base charge plus $2 for each minute early/late per family after the first 15 minutes. Payment must be made at time of drop off/pick up.


Registration fee

A  non refundable yearly registration fee is due each year for any student enrolling in our program. This fee is due in September or when students are joining Harmony Dance Center program.

Registration Fee for new families:
$65 for one student
$100 for two students
$140 for three students and up

OR $10/month for the remaining month until end of season ( August)


Registration Fee for returning families*:
$60 for one student
$85 for two students
$120 for three students and up

* At least one member of the family was enrolled in at least one class for the 2014/2015 season and enroll before September 30th, 2015.


Make-up classes

No credit will be given for missed lessons.
Make-up classes must be scheduled with Harmony Dance Center Staff to insure availability in class.
Students must be currently enrolled to attend a makeup class.
Absences in make-up classes cannot be rescheduled.


Cancellation Policy

If you stop coming to class, we will not automatically drop you. Any paid month has to be fully completed and  if you wish to drop from the studio during this academic year program,  a four-week written and dated notice must be turn into the office before the 24th of the current month. Failure to do so will hold the students/parents’ responsibility for tuition until such notice has been received. Class changes of any kind must be recorded and arranged directly with the studio. No refund will be given to any prepaid class or event.

Reactivation of registration after cancellation due to drop out will require a $35 non refundable fee per student.

No refund will be given due to cancellation. No exception.


Summer Program

Our Cancellation Policy and Make-up policy apply for the summer program. Registration fees does not apply.


4 weeks trial

Harmony Dance Center offer the possibility for new students to purchase a 4 weeks trial pass from October through May. This entitles to taking 4 classes within 6 weeks (classes can be the same once a week, classes can be different once a week or within the same week) without registration fee or cancellation fee at the end.
No refund will be given due to cancellation during the 4 weeks period. No exception.

Shows and Performances

Harmony Dance Center Dancers will be invited to participate in performances and shows. For any dancers participating, additional charges such as costumes, tickets, accessories, performances fees,.. will occur.

Since dance is a performing art, we encourage our students to take this opportunity to perform. It really is an important event for the students and for their training. It also helps them build self-confidence. Nevertheless, it is not mandatory and students who do not wish to perform are of course welcome to come to their weekly class as usual.

General Policies - Release of Liability - Hold Harmless Agreement

By enrolling your child or yourself in Harmony Dance Center LLC dance program, you understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of, and inherent to the activity of dance or tumbling. In recognition to this, you agree to release Harmony Dance Center, LLC and hold Harmony Dance center, LLC harmless for all liability, and hereby acknowledge that you are knowingly and voluntarily assuming full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising out of any participation in any Harmony Dance Center, LLC classes, performances, camp or other dance related activities. In the event that any kind of injury or illness occurring to me or my child while on Harmony Dance Center premises, you hereby authorize Harmony dance Center LLC to seek medical assistance, including calling 911 or otherwise arranging the transport of myself or my child to any appropriate medical facility for treatment and you understand you will be responsible for any cost related to this medical assistance. You also authorize Harmony Dance Center, LLC to take pictures during class, workshops, rehearsals, shows or birthday parties and use the registered student’s image for advertising purposes. Harmony Dance Center reserves the right to refuse service to any student, parent, or legal guardian for any reason, including, but not limited to not adhering to the rules set forth in these policies. Harmony Dance Center also reserves the right to change a student’s class based on appropriate age and/or skill level. Harmony dance Center, LLC   is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
It is the responsibility of the parents or adult student to be aware of all center activities, including dates center is open or closed, observation week, rehearsals and shows schedule, class changes. The bulletin board and/or Harmony Dance center Website should be checked regularly.

At registration, family needs to select in the section “Opt-out of e-mails”, send e-mail to family in order to receive information about the studio


Parent Observation

In order to offer a high standard quality class without any distraction for the children, parents and siblings are not allowed in the classroom during class.
However,  parent observation weeks will be scheduled during the year . Please check our Class Schedule web page and bulletin board for dates.

Schedule and fees are subject to change. Classes with less than 5 students will be canceled and classes with maximum attendance will be closed.


Placement guideline

Our goal is to place students in a class where they can learn, grow and be challenged, but not frustrated. If you have any concern. If you have any concern about your class level, please feel free to talk to the teacher or the studio director. It is always better to start at a lower level and work your way up.


Hair and attire

Harmony Dance Center dancers are expected to come to class prepared with proper attire and hair. Click on Dress Code to view HDC hair and attire requirements.
